The team is led by William Carr, the ex-finance director of Gas Bus Alliance Limited, the largest provider of biomethane and gas bus stations in the UK.

William introduced the RTFO scheme into Gas Bus Alliance Limited and was responsible for the entire process for seven biomethane filling stations across the country, from sourcing the appropriate biomethane to claiming and selling the RTFCs generated.

Before that, William worked in AD plants processing food waste and generating biomethane including a virtual pipeline system to deliver the biomethane by road for grid injection.

Decarbonise Fuel Limited is fully registered with the Department for Transport to generate and sell Road Fuel Greenhouse Gas Certificates (RFGHGCs).
